We believe that finding the right property matters more than the amount of time it takes. For investors, the typical process takes around 30 days, while home buyers generally take between 30 and 60 days, depending on the availability of properties at that time.

Our registration fees are non-refundable, as we are committed to seeing the job through to completion. Our primary objective is to ensure our clients are fully satisfied, leading them to pay our success fee and gladly recommend us for a job well done.

If you choose to cancel your search for any reason, we simply ask for seven days' written notice. Please be aware that once we receive your cancellation in writing, the registration fee will not be refunded. However, if you decide to pause your search, your registration fee will remain valid, allowing you to resume your search whenever you're ready.

If you're purchasing an investment property, the fees paid to a Buyer's Agent may be tax-deductible. However, this doesn't apply to properties you plan to live in. To understand how this might apply to your specific situation, we suggest speaking with a trusted accountant or tax expert.
